The Travellers B&B car park is located at side of the building adjacent to us. We also have secure parking for motorcycles. If any further car parking is required there is free of charge 24 hour roadside parking available opposite the Travellers on a ‘first come first served’ basis.

Upon your arrival at the Travellers you will find the entrance door is on the opposite side of the building to car park. Help is available with your luggage should you require it. A path leads to our entrance door and it is on roadside near to our car park. Louth town centre is a few minutes’ walk from the guest house.

Main Entrance and Reception

On arrival our door bell is situated on entrance door – please ring it. Once all check-in formalities have been completed you will be issued with keys to your bedroom and the main entrance door.

Hall, Stairs and Landing Areas

The stairs in the main building are quite steep and unfortunately we have no lift due to the age of the building – it’s over 300 years old. We do have a room available on the ground floor for those that prefer not to use stairs. If you should require this room please can you inform us of this when booking. The entrance to this ground floor bedroom is separate from the main entrance and it is near the car park.

Guests’ Sitting Room

There is a guests’ sitting room situated at the top of stairs in the main building for use of our guests. The room is comfortably furnished with easy chairs and a sofa. The sitting room also has tea and coffee making facilities.

Dining Room

Breakfast is served in our dining room on the ground floor. The dining room is off the entrance hall and everything is set out for easy reach ability. If you have any special dietary or allergy requirements please can you inform us prior to your stay.

Laundry

We do operate a small laundry service, if required, with a small fee chargeable for this service.
