Deposit and Payment of your Account

We accept cash or cheques only – we do not take debit or credit cards.

You can confirm your booking by sending us a cheque made payable to:

Arrival

Your bedroom will be available from 3 pm on your day of arrival, unless otherwise previously arranged with us. Please let us know if you plan to arrive after that time or if you are delayed.

Your bill for your accommodation is payable in full upon arrival

Departure

Please can you vacate your bedroom by 10 am on the day of departure unless otherwise previously arranged with us.

Cancellation or Curtailment of your Stay

In the event that you cancel or curtail of your stay with us less than 5 days prior to your date of arrival, we reserve the right to charge 50% of the full booking, if we are unable to re-let the room(s).
